Easter

We loved Easter.  We decorated Easter eggs, went to an Easter egg hunt, met the Easter bunny (Meredith was not a fan).  On Easter we went to Church, went out for donuts and smoothies at Loops by Wrightsville Beach, then came home and found our Easter eggs and some new beach toys for Meredith. 

Our Valentine

We had such a wonderful Valentine's Day!  Leading up to the big day, Tyler, Meredith and I went on a pre-Valentine's family date and we made yummy red velvet brownies (my absolute favorite).

We kicked off Valentine's Day with heart shaped crepes with nutella, whipped cream, and fruit. Yum.  We also got Meredith a little gift and she loved her bath letters.

After dinner, Tyler and I headed out for a date night.  We went to one of our favorite breweries - Fly Trap Brewery - that had chocolate and coffee stouts, a dessert food truck and live music and then ended the night with a movie.
