Meredith Rose - 1 Month

I'm a little late in documenting our sweet girl month by month but here we go:

From Instagram: Our little Meredith Rose is one month old today! You are the sweetest little girl and we are in awe of you. You are rolling over from stomach to back, practicing lifting your head and starting to coo and smile. You are such an alert and happy baby. You like your red monkey, your play yard mobile and when mommy and daddy sing to you. You dislike being cold, diaper changes and bath time. We love you and feel so lucky you are ours!



 Your first month was filled with a lot of visitors and firsts!  You had visits from your grandma and grandpa Busch, grandma Renee, auntie D and uncle Aaron and auntie Stacy, uncle Chris and cousin Evelyn.  You went on your first stroller ride, went to restaurants (and had your first diaper changed in a public bathroom!), the grocery store, the beach and a brewery! You were introduced to a pacifier and bottle right before your one month birthday. You also celebrated your first St. Patrick's Day and first Easter with church and brunch with friends.

You are very alert and kick those little legs like crazy. You are so strong and hold your head up on your own when being burped. You are cooing and your first smile was at daddy! You like to pucker your lips and furrow your eyebrows. You also are turning to noises.





Most people say you look like mommy except a few on the Yahnke side. You are so long! You were in 0-3 month sleepers almost right away because the infant sizes were too short. At your two month check up you were 7 lbs, 10 oz.
